Ministry Structure Feedback

In 2022 we adopted a new leadership/ministry structure. Some of the changes served us well and other areas need some improvement. We will be voting changes for 2023 at our Business Meeting on September 25. Your feedback now will help us make the best changes then.

Structuring ministry into teams has been an improvement
The "Vision Frame" (the picture outside of the office) has been helpful
It is easier to get involved in ministry than it was with the previous ministry structure.
